Grant was very personable yet professional from the very first phone call, right through to the completion of our work; which included clearing old central heating system and installing brand new one. He’s always prompt and tidy and explains everything at the different stages he is working through. Highly recommend.

Grant was freindly and helpful, the boiler was in need of a service and is now running much smoother. I asked him to come back and replace a leaking tap, he sent over a link to an e-brochure which made it easy to select a new tap, he also suggested fixing a wireless thermostat to make sure we were not wasting gas on unessacary heating. Clean and tidy worker. I was very pleased and happy to reccomend to others.

I thoroughly recommend Elementis Booler Experts. Grant was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (faulty flat plate heat exchanger). He replaced the part and carried out a full strip down of the boiler in a single visit and put right the previous engineer’s mistakes for a fixed price. A very professional and efficient service by an engineer who knows what he’s doing. Going forward I will be using this company for all servicing and repair work.

Great service. Used the online booking form and was kept up to date all the way through the process and engineer arriving. Very friendly engineer and attention to detail and advice was amazing. Now got on a yearly reminder to have them back to service boiler and on speed dial for any emergencies (hopefully won’t have any of these 😉)

I wish you could have more than 5 stars on a Google review. Elementis did an amazing job in removing a boiler from our kitchen and putting a Combi boiler into our loft.They quickly located a leak in old pipework that showed up during the boiler replacement.There attention to detail was something that I have not seen with other heating companies we have used in the past.One example is the hole where the old flue came out wasn't just filled leaving a circular patch of cement, the half bricks were removed and new ones put in there place so the wall looks like the flue was never there.I know we will use Elementis again when we renew our bathroom and shower rooms.
Grant arrived when he said he would and gave me a precise time shortly beforehand. He was efficient, told me what he was doing and was very clean and tidy. He serviced both the boiler and the pressurised hot water tank. I will certainly call on him again next year for an annual service.
