Grant at Elementis fitted our combo boiler last year and we were extremely happy with the standard of the work carried out. Grant was helpful and efficient. We have recently had Grant over to service the boiler and he did a very thorough job and was very prompt.

Came to do a routine service and look at a small leak, turned out we needed a whole new boiler (old boiler, not cost effective to fix). Grant gave us clear guidance on what had happened and several quotes to replace the system, with a very clear / easy to use online quote system.He managed to get us booked back in quickly, and professionally and efficiently replacing the boiler, saving us the worry of a prolonged period with a broken boiler and no heating or hot water. There was a slight mishap but it was quickly rectified at Grants expense with no quibbling . Thank you
Very good professional work turned up on time did the instal great, we had an issue with our gas meter which hade to be changed out which took three hours to so out with the energy supplier so he came back to finish once that was done all working great. So would recommend good price good instal nice friendly guy so all good.

Grant was very responsive to my initial query and came round the next day. He did a temporary fix on our boiler and returned the following week to fit a new one. He arrived in time, was conscientious to our home and has done a very neat job of installing the new boiler. We're very happy and would recommend him.
Recently my boiler started leaking .My son recommended I try Elementis . Apart from the charge from them to give me a quote to fix it being realistic ,I was pleased when the engineer , Grant., turned up and explained ,not only the problem,but also the economics of a repair .Though repairable I opted for a new boiler ,and was given a fair quote with the option of the same boiler or one with a longer guarantee . I verbally accepted the quote given ,this was confirmed by e,mail later ,which I accepted . A date was agreed for fitment and all went well .Grant from elementis was informative regards the boiler chosen and did an excellent neat job of fitting it . I can fully recommend this person and company. Communication throughout was excellent .

Grant was freindly and helpful, the boiler was in need of a service and is now running much smoother. I asked him to come back and replace a leaking tap, he sent over a link to an e-brochure which made it easy to select a new tap, he also suggested fixing a wireless thermostat to make sure we were not wasting gas on unessacary heating.
