Recently my boiler started leaking .My son recommended I try Elementis . Apart from the charge from them to give me a quote to fix it being realistic ,I was pleased when the engineer , Grant., turned up and explained ,not only the problem,but also the economics of a repair .Though repairable I opted for a new boiler ,and was given a fair quote with the option of the same boiler or one with a longer guarantee . I verbally accepted the quote given ,this was confirmed by e,mail later ,which I accepted . A date was agreed for fitment and all went well .Grant from elementis was informative regards the boiler chosen and did an excellent neat job of fitting it . I can fully recommend this person and company. Communication throughout was excellent .
