I recently had a new combi boiler installed by Elementis in Colchester and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking the appointment was straightforward and professional, and on the installation day the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very knowledgeable.The workmanship was great, they kept everything tidy, and explained everything clearly. Grant was very responsive to my initial query and came round the next day. He did a temporary fix on our boiler and returned the following week to fit a new one. He arrived in time, was conscientious to our home and has done a very neat job of installing the new boiler. We're very happy and would recommend him.
Recently my boiler started leaking .My son recommended I try Elementis . Apart from the charge from them to give me a quote to fix it being realistic ,I was pleased when the engineer , Grant., turned up and explained ,not only the problem,but also the economics of a repair .Though repairable I opted for a new boiler ,and was given a fair quote with the option of the same boiler or one with a longer guarantee . I verbally accepted the quote given ,this was confirmed by e,mail later ,which I accepted . A date was agreed for fitment and all went well .Grant from elementis was informative regards the boiler chosen and did an excellent neat job of fitting it . I can fully recommend this person and company. Communication throughout was excellent .

The guys stuck to the quoted price, were prompt and polite and even took into account my wife and childrens naps when planning different parts of the jobs. No dirt or dust left behind and boiler works great 👍🏼

Grant was very personable yet professional from the very first phone call, right through to the completion of our work; which included clearing old central heating system and installing brand new one. Grant was freindly and helpful, the boiler was in need of a service and is now running much smoother. I asked him to come back and replace a leaking tap, he sent over a link to an e-brochure which made it easy to select a new tap, he also suggested fixing a wireless thermostat to make sure we were not wasting gas on unessacary heating. Clean and tidy worker. I was very pleased and happy to reccomend to others.

I thoroughly recommend Elementis Booler Experts. Grant was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (faulty flat plate heat exchanger). He replaced the part and carried out a full strip down of the boiler in a single visit and put right the previous engineer’s mistakes for a fixed price. A very professional and efficient service by an engineer who knows what he’s doing. Going forward I will be using this company for all servicing and repair work.

Great service. Used the online booking form and was kept up to date all the way through the process and engineer arriving. Very friendly engineer and attention to detail and advice was amazing. Now got on a yearly reminder to have them back to service boiler and on speed dial for any emergencies (hopefully won’t have any of these 😉)
