I don’t normally use professionals who have not been recommended by friends or family, but I was in a bit of a desperation situation. I had read the other reviews so took a chance. Grant was very professional and talked me through everything that he was going to do. He even put up with me asking the simplest of questions. Boiler fitted, everything explained and even spent time cleaning up. Highly recommend anyone unsure to let Grant help you.

Always friendly and happy to help with queries and make sure our heating and boiler is running smoothly. Booking online is really easy and the reminders are really helpful. Booked in a boiler service but unaware that I also needed other parts serviced. I talked through the issues we had with the system and Grant kindly managed to resolve the problem, plus serviced all parts in the same appointment. Very efficient and helpful service. I would highly recommend.
Kept up to date via email and txt to ensure I was aware of appointment. Arrived on time, was very polite and provided a safe and overall great experience. The service was completed with no issues and the payment was very simple. A professional gas engineer who I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be seeing Grant and his team back year for my annual boiler service.
Great service. Used the online booking form and was kept up to date all the way through the process and engineer arriving. Very friendly engineer and attention to detail and advice was amazing. Now got on a yearly reminder to have them back to service boiler and on speed dial for any emergencies (hopefully won’t have any of these 😉)

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Grant. From the outset Grant fully understood our requirements and provided great advice and recommendations. The installation of the cylinder and heating system was carried out to a very high standard with excellent engineering skills. We have no hesitation in recommending Grant and his team.

From the time I contacted Grant to enquire about servicing my boiler, his communication was excellent (sending reminders and timings). Not only did he give me a time slot, but he also arrived as scheduled on time, and serviced my Worcester Greenstar efficiently, at a competitive rate. I will definitely call him again when needed, without hesitation.
Called Elementis in for boiler service and heat exchanger clean. Grant is professional, plain talking, and kept us informed every step of the way. Very refreshing in an age where you often get ghosted with no contact at all. Will be using again.
Very pleased with the service I received from Elementis. Communication was very good.Arrived on time for a Heat plate to be supplied and fitted. I had my boiler serviced by another company two weeks before which was found to be sub standard. Grant put this right before work was carried out.I can't recommend enough. 10/10.
After British Gas quoted me £700 to repair a gas leak and gas engineers from trust a trader not turning up.I decided to go local..I found Grant.. who was absolutely brilliant, respectful , very friendly and honest. As It turned out, He found I did not have a leak.but if I had Grant quoted me nearly half what British Gas wanted. I shall definitely be using Grant again and would highly recommend..
Best reviewed place in the area for a good reason - we booked in for a boiler service, Elementis communicated well with us both at the time of booking and on the day to ensure he had the right address down (as there's an identical road name in the next town over).Grant arrived early after checking with us that morning, service was completed quickly and tidily, and confirmation / certificate sent straight away. Can't fault them and will definitely use for our services going forward as well.
Grant and his brother arrived when he said they would and gave me a precise time shortly beforehand. He and his brother were efficient and very clean and tidy. They serviced both the boiler and the pressurised hot water tank. I will certainly call on them again next year for an annual service.
Really please with the service from Grant of Elementis, he was very thorough and explained in detail about what was required and what he was doing, very polite and professional service all round. Reasonably priced and actually answers the phone unlike a lot of plumbers who seem to solely rely on texts, emails & links to forms before being able to book something in and then waiting weeks! Grant at Elementis fitted our combo boiler last year and we were extremely happy with the standard of the work carried out. Grant was helpful and efficient. We have recently had Grant over to service the boiler and he did a very thorough job and was very prompt.
We required our boiler to be serviced and a leak investigated. Grant was recommended to us and we found him to be professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him for any heating or plumbing repairs without hesitation.
Very friendly and efficient in all aspects, from the initial call out assessing an issue with the original boiler, leading to a quote for replacement and installation of a new replacement. Quote for work was competitive and the scheduling of the install was quick and easy. Overall very happy with the service, advice and product including the scheduling of after care too.

Came to do a routine service and look at a small leak, turned out we needed a whole new boiler (old boiler, not cost effective to fix). Grant gave us clear guidance on what had happened and several quotes to replace the system, with a very clear / easy to use online quote system.He managed to get us booked back in quickly, and professionally and efficiently replacing the boiler, saving us the worry of a prolonged period with a broken boiler and no heating or hot water. There was a slight mishap but it was quickly rectified at Grants expense with no quibbling . Thank you
Very good professional work turned up on time did the instal great, we had an issue with our gas meter which hade to be changed out which took three hours to so out with the energy supplier so he came back to finish once that was done all working great. So would recommend good price good instal nice friendly guy so all good.
Great service, very efficient. Grant came out to check a fault with our boiler and gave us some great advice, we will definately use him again. As a family company you know it is in his interest to do a good job which is a plus. Booking online/text was easy too.
