Being fairly new to the area we were looking for a gas engineer to resolve an issue with a leak dripping through the ceiling and a problem with our boiler. A friend recommended Elementis Boiler Experts. Right from the beginning we were extremely impressed with the speed and quality of communication which gave us confidence from the outset. Such a lovely friendly engineer who quickly identified the problems and gave us a quote to get the work done. The price was very fair and the jobs were completed to a high standard and to our complete satisfaction. We have already booked him to return next year to do the annual boiler service. He made a worrying time a lot less stressful! Would absolutely recommend!

We employed Grant on two occasions: first to install a boiler and update a downstairs cloakroom and the second to provide plumbing for a dishwasher. On both occasions, Grant was approachable and keen to make our vision a reality. He problem solved so that we could have heating in our cloakroom- something other plumbers had said was not possible and so that we could fit a dishwasher in a very limited space. His system of keeping the customer informed of when he will arrive is impressive and he was always quick to respond to queries. Overall we were very pleased with the quality of his work and his customer service.
